The Mobile App, available on both Android and iOS, lets you set up, edit and manage your store when you’re away from your computer. You can add new products, manage orders, and get notifications on your phone so you never miss anything.
- Keep in mind that this App is only available if you're on our Pro Shop or Unlimited Packages.
To download the App, simply go to your Dashboard → eCommerce App → Mobile → Get the App.
A new window will then open up where you can get the link for the App sent to you, or directly download it from the App Store or Play Store.
Once you download the App, you can either log in with your Username or Password, or scan the QR code given in your eCommerce App to connect your online store to your App.
The App Feature Highlights
\ Set up your Entire Store: you can set up your store from adding a name to editing the website content and design.
Track Sales Data: the Dashboard will display your sales, orders, low-stock products, abandoned carts, and more.
Add new Products: take a product photo with your mobile and add it to your store in a few seconds.
Manage your Products: edit titles and SKUs, update pricing, add or edit options and variations, edit shipping methods, change stock level and availability, add SEO descriptions and add files for digital goods.
Create Orders: the app allows you to create orders yourself right from the app, including for stores that sell offline.
Process Orders: you can change your order statuses and assign tracking numbers with the addition of viewing and editing sales information. This includes, bought items, specific product options, shipping addresses and contact details.
Create Discount Coupons: Manage your discount coupons and attract more customers.
Get Notifications: receive instant notification about new orders on your phone.
Add Sales Channels: upload and sync your eCommerce product catalog to the mobile-friendly Shop section on your Facebook business and Instagram pages.
Barcode Scanner: allows you to easily find products and orders and to track your inventory and shipments.
