Let us introduce you to the platform called HubSpot, a developer and marketer of software products for inbound marketing and sales. HubSpot is a marketing, sales, customer service, and CRM software that allows you to manage conversation with your site visitors.
To begin, go to HubSpot and click Get Started Free for the HubSpot Service Hub.
Once you do so, go ahead and create a HubSpot Account and verify your email. After the verification, create a password and follow the on screen instruction to fill in the needed information about you and your company.
Once you're done, click on Finish Sign Up and you'll then be redirected to the page where you can set up your HubSpot Account further.
Afterwards, from the top menu, click Conversations → Chatflows.
Then click on Create Chatflow → Website → Add Live Chat.
- You can now customize your chat, add a welcome message, and add advanced options.
- Click Next to set up the Availability, including your team business hours and availability behavior.
- Preview how your Live Chat will look on your site and proceed to the Install Code Section.
One of the ways to add the live chat is to embed the given code on your Ucraft Website by going to the Edit Mode of your Website → Dashboard → Site Settings App → Code Injection section.
The other way is to use the Integrations App. From your HubSpot profile, on the top left corner of your screen, copy your Hub ID.
Afterwards, go to the Edit Mode of your Ucraft Website → Dashboard →Integrations App → Click on the HubSpot Integration → paste your Hub ID in the given field → click connect.
