71lbs is the fastest and most convenient way to collect your due shipping refunds. It works with FedEx and UPS shipments and automatically fills the claims for late deliveries on your behalf.

It takes less than 2 minutes to activate the service, so just follow these simple steps:
Open the eCommerce App on the Dashboard > Apps > App Market, find the 71lbs: Automated Shipping Refunds App and click Install:
Fill out the following fields and click on the Submit button to proceed to the next step.
Please note that you need either FedEx Or UPS info to activate 71lbs.
To view a dashboard with your store's shipping metrics, you need to verify your shipping credentials first. To do so, please click on the Menu, select either FedEx or UPS account and follow the on-screen instructions.
You don't need to do anything regarding the refund as 71lbs will notify you once it has been credited to your FedEx or UPS account; here's how it works:
FedEx: If you've already paid for the shipment that was refunded, FedEx will either send you a check for the refund amount or, if you paid by credit card, they will issue a credit back to your card. If you haven't paid for the shipment yet, you should underpay the invoice by the refund amount.
UPS: UPS issues a credit to your next invoice. Our email notification will include the invoice number where each refund was credited.
*Please note that you will be notified of the full amount that was credited to your FedEx or UPS account. 71lbs does not take any portion of your refund, it goes straight to your account.
They then invoice you for their portion at the end of the month.
