Ever thought of creating a membership on your Website and have a loyal customer base? Well, we have and made it a reality for our Pro Website, Pro Shop and BigCommerce subscribers, cause if you create value for your members, if you treat them well and provide them with more than they expect, then you will end up building a team of loyal users who will go forth and spread the word about your site, and most likely any other services or products you offer.
From this day forward, you have an option to create/assign a customer group to thank them for being loyal or provide them with discounts, coupons etc.
All you need to do is just drag and drop the Element to your crafting area.
Basically, users will submit a registration Form and become a member.
So, where to find all the data, our users have submitted ?
We've created a special Customers App which you can see on your Dashboard.
It consists of 3 Sections:
Users: here you can find all the info: Status, ID, Avatar, First Name, Last Name, Username, Email, Last Login Date, Registration Date.
Groups: all the groups created by you will be listed right there.
Coupons: in this section you can add Coupons by setting Name, Code, Coupon Type, Amount, choosing a group for it.
It goes without saying that you can edit and customize the Element to fit your website's style perfectly, right?
So, let's get started!
Simply click on the Element to have a Toolbar in front of you.
Hit Edit Settings and choose Form Settings to set Registration fields, where you will see lots of fields available, so you can select which one is required and which one is not.
You can also enable Custom Code option After Successful Registration.
Next comes Account Info.
Layout: change Compact view in Desktop and Mobile.
Buttons: edit the style of your Sign in, Sign Up buttons, change the orientation and distance.
Button Styling: customize User Account button style.
If you want to add external/internal links or anchors opt for Regulatory Info Links.
Time to choose Form and Account colors, so hit the Edit Styles button and start!
Now let's click on Vertical Alignment, and set the Element's alignment to top, center or bottom.
Almost done, just need to set Visibility Settings for the Element and that's it.
Simply hit Visibility Settings and choose the desired option from the dropdown menu.
Mind the Location visibility as well. Include or exclude specific cities or countries or set the appropriate Custom IP.
That's pretty much everything about User Account Element.
Take some time to explore all the functions, play around with settings and if you have any thoughts, suggestions or questions, don’t hesitate to share them with us.
